Before the technician visits
Keep the model number, last service details and any error code ready. Mention outdoor-unit height, parking or access restrictions and whether special access equipment may be needed.
Costs and timing
Visiting and inspection charges start from ₹500. The final scope, labour, materials and parts are discussed after assessment. Same-day attendance is subject to availability; completion may need additional time or a return visit.
